Hopefully lose weight

Hey everyone.
Today I want to a little about whats going on in my life.
I am going to start dieting.(Again)
Last time I tried dieting it lasted a week.
Hopefully this time might go better.

So im going to try and eat healthier.
Things like carrot sticks.

And whole wheat crackers.
Which I will probly out turkey and vegetables on.

 
 
Beans,brown rice,quinoa and lentils.
 


I will keep on posting about things I will eat on my journey to lose weight.
I am aiming to lose 10 kilos.
